In Sky Shopping is provided by Alpha Flights Services Pty Ltd , ABN 89064142418 ("Alpha"). The information contained in this catalogue is provided in good faith. To the best of our knowledge, the information is accurate and current. However, Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd ABN 89 064 142 418 ("Alpha"), Qantas, their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001), and any of their directors, officers, employees, consultants or share holders do not provide any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information in this catalogue or that any of the products will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha and Qantas exclude all warranties whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Pre-Orders and Payment
Pre-order is currently only available for international flights departing Australia, in no less than 5 working days. Pre-order is not available on flights to New Zealand. Latest security measures can be checked at www.infrastructure.gov.au

It is your responsibility to ensure the products you pre-order meet all Duty Free allowances and security requirements for your planned trip. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions in full before proceeding. By completing the order form it will be deemed that you have accepted all requirements, terms and conditions.

Once an order is generated you will proceed to a confirmation page. Please print or save for your own records. An Alpha customer service representative will be in contact with you within 2 working days to confirm your details. Alpha will accept your order once the credit card payment has been approved. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed.

Please ensure you take your receipt on board. If unavailable you will be asked to show your passport and boarding pass. Upon delivery of your pre-order, you will be required to sign the pre-order report as confirmation of receipt of the item(s).

Credit card purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars (A$). A 1% credit card service fee will be added to all credit card sales. Credit card charges may not appear on your bank statement for approximately 30 days. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB Card.

Exclusions to Pre-order
Liquor products are not available for Pre-order. From time to time other products may not be available due to stock issues and security requirements.

Changing your Pre-order
Please contact the Alpha Customer Service team on +61 7 5558 2003 or email inflightsales@alphaflight.com.au to change your pre-order. Changes to your pre-order are permitted prior to departure provided that you give a minimum of 5 working days notice of any changes. However, all changes will incur a 5% handling and processing fee.
Changes to your pre-order requested within 5 days prior to departure may result in cancellation of your pre-order.

Cancellation of Pre-order
Please contact the Alpha Customer Service team on +61 7 5558 2003 or email inflightsales@alphaflight.com.au to cancel your pre-order. A cancellation fee of 5% will apply. This covers all handling and processing costs.

Flight Changes and Pre-order
In the event that you change your flight details after an order has been placed, you must contact the Alpha Customer Service team on +61 7 5558 2003 or email inflightsales@alphaflight.com.au to advise us of your new flight details. Flight changes will be treated in the same way as other changes to your pre-order and the above terms and conditions under the heading ‘Changing your pre-order’ will also apply to flights changes. Failure to notify Alpha of flight changes will lead to non-delivery and cancellation or delivery charges.

In cases where your flight details have been changed by Qantas, Alpha will fulfil your order (time permitting) or refund you in full.

Non-delivery of Pre-order
Exceptional circumstances such as flight disruption, aircraft changes and operational requirements may hamper availability of redeemed items on board your flight. In case of non-delivery onboard, Alpha will contact you to arrange alternate delivery or a refund. If it is deemed the item was not onboard due to failure by you to advise Alpha of a flight change, then the following charges will apply. If alternate delivery is requested, a A$25 fee will apply to cover taxes, duty and delivery. You will receive your delivery within 28 working days. If a refund is requested, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Passenger No Show and Pre-order
Alpha will contact you in the event that your Pre-order is not collected on your nominated flight and date. If alternate delivery is requested, a $25 fee will apply to cover taxes, duty and delivery. You will receive your delivery within 28 working days. If a refund is requested, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Pricing and Products
All recommended retail prices are correct at the time of printing. Please note that illustrations do not necessarily show the actual size of the items. Due to storage limitations, please accept our apologies if any items are out of stock. Prices are shown in A$, please consult the flight attendants regarding currency acceptance. Products shown can only be purchased on the international leg of a Qantas operated flight.

Frequent Flyer Points
Purchase inflight from this In Sky Shopping duty free catalogue between 1 July and 31 October 2008, and you can earn one Frequent Flyer point* for every Australian dollar (or equivalent) spent. Simply present your Frequent Flyer card, Qantas Club card or your boarding pass with your Frequent Flyer membership number to the flight attendant when you make a purchase.

* Points will appear on your next Frequent Flyer statement. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn points. A joining fee applies. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program Terms and Conditions. Points will not be earned on amounts using a gift voucher. Retain your receipt for your proof of purchase or Frequent Flyer point queries. Points will not be earned on refunded merchandise.

Limitation of Liability
Any liability of Alpha, Qantas or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) in connection with this catalogue or any goods supplied to you will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, at our election be limited to:

  1. the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
  2. the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.

Age recommendations for toys shown are supplied by the manufacturer or supplier and are not the responsibility of Alpha Flight Services or QANTAS.

Privacy
The personal information provided by you to Alpha will be collected and used by Alpha and its representatives, for the purpose of processing your order. Alpha may also disclose your personal information to Qantas Airways Limited, ABN 16 009 861 901, in connection with the management of this service and to enable Qantas Fequent Flyer points to be awarded to Qantas Frequent Flyer members. Alpha may also disclose your personal information to third party service providers it uses to assist with the fulfilment of your order (such as courier companies). Alpha will deal with your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, a copy of which is available at www.inskyshopping.com/terms-policy.php or by contacting Alpha on the details set out above. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Returns & Exchanges
In Sky Shopping purchases come with a 'money back' guarantee and all products come with a minimum of a 1 year warranty (or more if specified). All returned products, except where required by law, must be returned either:

1. On board on the same day and sector as the original purchase; or
2. Within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase, unused, undamaged and with the original wrapping.

If you change your mind, return of unsuitable products is at your own cost and will not be reimbursed by Qantas or Alpha Flight Services. If you request an exchange, duties, taxes and an A$25 handling charge apply.

For faulty products, Alpha Flight Services will happily organise a refund (in the form of your initial payment method) or a replacement, in which case Alpha will pay all duties, taxes and postage costs.

Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received by Alpha Flight Services. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please keep proof of postage. Otherwise, if the parcel goes missing, we will deem you not to have returned the products.
