CheCK your flight detailsAre you departing on a Qantas international flight from Australia (excluding flights to New Zealand) in more than five working days? Then you can shop online for your Duty Free items and have them delivered to your seat onboard.

Choose gifts for friends, family and yourselfSimply add desired products to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'add to shopping bag' button.

Click on shopping bag to check your selectionsTo check or make changes to your shopping bag, simply click on the shopping bag tab at the top of the screen.

Check out and give us your detailsWhen you are ready to pay for the items in your shopping bag, click on 'proceed to check out', enter your contact and flight details then click 'submit'. Don’t forget to add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to earn one point per A$1 spent.

Pay for the itemsEnter your payment details and then click the 'confirm details' button. Your order will be confirmed by a Qantas In Sky Shopping representative within two working days.

Thank you Be sure to print out your receiptKeep your receipt and take it onboard with you to receive your duty free items and be sure to sign the pre-order report that will be handed to you by your Flight Attendant. This ensures you receive what you've paid for.
