Pre-Order

To pre-order, simply add selected items to your 'Shopping Bag' by clicking on the 'add to shopping bag' button. To check your list click on 'shopping bag' where you can make changes to the items that you have selected. You will then proceed by clicking on 'proceed to check out'. Simply enter your contact and flight details then hit 'Submit'.

Once the order is generated you will proceed to payment details please enter your payment details and then hit the 'confirm button'. You will then proceed to an 'order confirmation screen' where you can print your receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed. An Alpha customer service representative will be in contact with you within 2 working days to confirm your details.

Please ensure you take your receipt on board. If unavailable you will be asked to show your passport and boarding pass. Upon delivery of your pre-order, you will be required to sign the pre-order report as confirmation of receipt of the item(s).
