Choose gifts for friends, family and yourselfSelect from a wide range of products available on this website. You can also pre-order and purchase before you fly on selected flights, see pre-order information tab above.

Order the products you wantAsk the flight attendant if your selection is available, or simply present your coupon or pre-order receipt.

Pay for the itemsYour payment can be made in many different ways. Credit cards, acceptable foreign currency, travellers cheques, Duty Free Spree or Inspirations vouchers or cash. Present your Frequent Flyer Card to earn points.

Thank you. Enjoy your gift bagged purchaseBefore you disembark, you'll receive your gift bagged purchase. So you can go home, avoiding the duty free queues at the airport.
Accepted credit cards and vouchers
Credit card purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars (A$). A 1% credit card service fee will be added to all credit card sales. Credit cards which expire within the next two months will not be accepted. Credit card charges may not appear on your bank statement for approximately 30 days. There is a A$757.50 credit card limit on board and a maximum of two credit cards can be accepted per customer. Only Australian coins are accepted. Duty Free Spree and Inspirations vouchers are accepted. Vouchers accepted on international flights, excluding flights between Australia and New Zealand.
